All equipment brought in for resale is examined and tested to determine the condition of the unit. The unit is then dismantled, the engine is constructed, and the electrical end is washed, dipped, and baked. If the electrical end is defective it is either rewound or replaced. The assembled unit is then re-tested and painted after passing final inspection.

Equipment whose test results fall within an acceptable range of meet manufacturers specs. The engine is washed, tuned up and leaking gaskets and seals replaced. Electrical end is washed and dried.
